The presentation began with an overview of the current status of the Lyocell industry. Having overcome previous technical constraints and dependencies on imported raw materials, the Chinese Lyocell industry has achieved localization and rapid growth. Capacity has reached the million-ton level, with significant growth in downstream applications and a balance between production and sales achieved throughout the year. Due to the recent rise in crude oil prices, many customers are shifting from polyester to Lyocell, presenting a significant opportunity for industry growth. For price-sensitive enterprises, Lyocell not only improves the performance of finished products but also helps alleviate cost pressures. 

Then she introduced the Application Trend Report. The report spearheaded by the Association, which includes: Fiber Level: Industry data and innovative products. Yarn Level: Popular trend reports, including new Lyocell-related yarn products. Fabric Level: Trends and application scenarios for different products, as well as printing and dyeing trends, along with challenges and solutions related to Lyocell. Market Insight: Sales data from e-commerce brands and feedback from interviews with technical and procurement personnel at terminal brands. 

Finally, Jin introduced the "Upper Fiber Selection" project, an initiative dedicated to building high-quality lyocell products. The goal of this project is to establish technical specifications, set standard performance indicators, and construct a full-industry-chain traceability system.
