In the China Chemical Fibers Association, he is responsible for the scientific and technological development of the chemical fiber industry and the industry research, brand building, energy saving and emission reduction of the regenerated cellulose fiber industry. He also organized the revision of national group standards such as "Viscose Staple Fiber", "Lyocell Staple Fiber", "Green design product evaluation technical specification for viscose fiber ", organized the establishment of the "Collaboration for Sustainable Development of Viscose (CV Alliance)" to carry out extensive exchanges and cooperation with domestic and foreign brands, environmental protection organizations, testing institutions, and upstream and downstream enterprises to promote the sustainable development and transformation of the industry.

Currently she is responsible for the strategic planning of Sateri Group's new business-Lyocell Fiber. Served as the marketing head of Sateri, she was responsible for the strategic planning, market development and promotion, market research, and strategic projects of Sateri Group’s viscose fiber products, led the team to form innovative alliances, and coordinated with upstream and downstream partners in the industry chain, e.g. successfully launched BV series fibre to the market.

Shen Shoubing, graduate degree, doctor, senior engineer, senior economist. At present, he is mainly engaged in the research and development of new materials, new technologies, and new products of home textiles, as well as industrialization promotion and technological innovation management. He is an off-campus tutor for graduate students in universities such as Donghua University and Shanghai University of Applied Technology. He has led and organized the completion of more than 10 new functional fiber material projects and the research and development of more than 300 new technological home textile products, and has obtained more than 20 national patents. As the first inventor, two projects won the second prize of "Textile Light" Science and Technology Progress Award of China Textile Federation, and three products won the "China Textile Top Ten Innovative Product Awards". A number of technical achievements have led the new trend of the home textile market and achieved good economic and social benefits.
