His report is divided into 2 parts:  

First, Mr. Sun introduced the main situation of Yanbian Shixian Shuanglu Industrial Co., Ltd and China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute Co., Ltd. Yanbian Shixian Shuanglu Industrial Co., Ltd is a comprehensive enterprise integrating pulping and papermaking, cogeneration and chemical production, with original fixed assets of 220 million yuan and a total area of 160ha. It has relatively complete infrastructure, pulping and papermaking and comprehensive utilization production equipment. China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute Co., Ltd. is a national professional scientific research institution of pulping and papermaking, with 8 pilot and post-processing test lines, 1 postdoctoral research station and 1 master's degree program of second-level academic degree. A total of more than 1700 research projects have been completed, of which more than 180 have won various awards issued by the state and ministries (commissions).

Second, Mr. Sun introduced the main contents of the research and summarized the relevant research results. The production of lyocell fiber has put forward special requirements for the raw material pulp, especially for very low metal ion content and ash content. In order to produce pulp with high performance and suitable for lyocell fiber production, the production process of special pulp for lyocell fiber production has been systematically studied by Yanbian Shixian Shuanglu Industrial Co., Ltd, in conjunction with the Productivity Promotion Center of Paper Industry. At present, the main pulping methods of dissolved pulp include acid sulfite process (AS), pre-hydrolysis sulfate process (PHK) and caustic soda process. The dissolved pulp produced by AS process has high reaction performance, and the high performance lyocell fiber pulp can be produced under mild reaction conditions. The production process of acid dissolved pulp has high requirements for equipment, production management and sewage treatment. The vast majority of domestic acid pulping enterprises have changed production or stopped production. Shixian Shuanglu Industrial Co., Ltd insists on using acid method to produce dissolved pulp for a long time, and its products have been well received by users for their excellent performance. Shixian Shuanglu Industrial Co., Ltd, together with scientific research institutions and universities such as China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute and Dalian Polytechnic University, have carried out research on special wood pulp for lyocell fiber production, and have overcome many technical difficulties such as excessive iron ion production of lyocell pulp, forming a set of systematic proprietary technology. The company plans to use advanced production equipment at home and abroad to build a special pulp production line with an annual output of 100000 tons of lyocell fiber, which is expected to replace imports and meet the requirements of downstream users.
