The report mainly includes three parts:


The first part introduces the development opportunity and future growth space of Lyocell market. In the global fiber supply and demand, the growth of cellulose fiber is even greater. At present, the global and China's Lyocell capacity is in rapid growth, and the demand for Lyocell needs to be continuously released. At present, Lyocell is also facing opportunities and challenges. First of all, it must conform to the "14th Five-Year Plan" development outline and adhere to green development; the Xinjiang cotton envent objectively promotes product performance upgrades and provides impetus for market development. From the perspective of future growth, Lyocell, as a non-cotton fiber, has great potential. The combination of Lyocell and cotton is the most common, and it can be tried in different end-use fields.

 

The second part gives the suggestions and ideas on how to speed up the development of the Lyocell industry. The main purpose is to break through the existing spinning process. For example, the physical pressing method is to improve the fibrillation problem of Lyocell from the spinning level, and the low-proportion Lyocell blended fabric and other fiber blended fabrics can maintain the original and improve the performance. The biggest difficulty in the industry chain is still in printing and dyeing. It is particularly important to promote more printing and dyeing, dyeing and chemical materials companies to participate in the development of Lyocell products and processes, and to improve the basic research and related processes of dyeing and finishing.

 

The third part introduces Sateri's Lyocell. Sateri's Lyocell dopts the alkaline pulping process, which is more environmentally friendly and more efficient than traditional acid pulping. The factory is committed to the use of green energy, reducing carbon emissions, in line with sustainable development goals.
